The GRAMMY®-nominated electronic trio Above & Beyond has just dropped the club mix of their euphoric collaboration “Bigger Than All of Us” featuring Justine Suissa on Anjunabeats, perfectly timed with the launch of their North American tour bearing the same name.
This electrifying rework transforms the album’s contemplative title track into a dancefloor weapon that first made waves during Above & Beyond’s show-stopping Coachella 2025 performance. The moment it dropped, the Anjunafamily knew they were witnessing something special – an instant classic that had the desert crowd in raptures.
The journey of this track began years ago when Jono Grant stumbled upon a set of captivating chords during a studio session. Longtime collaborator Justine Suissa – also known as one quarter of the beloved OceanLab – was immediately drawn to their emotional pull.
“Justine really liked and connected with them,” Grant recalls. “She tends to write pretty fast, and her words come together quickly.” After sitting dormant for several years, the song found new purpose when the band rediscovered it while crafting their fifth studio album, breathing fresh life into what would become their latest masterpiece.
For Suissa, the song carries profound meaning that resonates with our turbulent times. “Living in volatile times is nothing new,” she reflects. “But I believe that if we understand the power we wield as individuals, then maybe we can also appreciate the possibility of effecting extraordinary change as a collective. If I can be instrumental in that change through a simple melody and a handful of words, then I am grateful beyond measure. Being a songwriter is an incredible privilege, and so is working with Above & Beyond and being able to speak to such a loving and receptive audience.”
That devoted audience was out in full force at Coachella, where the club mix version became one of the set’s most electrifying highlights – a moment that perfectly encapsulated why Above & Beyond remains at the forefront of electronic music.
“We decided that ‘Bigger Than All of Us’ would be the title track because we thought it would connect with fans in a sort of classic Above & Beyond sense,” Grant explains. “So even though it’s a downtempo song, we wanted to make sure a version of it was in the Coachella set – so we made a club mix for it that ended up being one of the most powerful moments in the set.”
Now, fans across North America can experience this magic firsthand as the Bigger Than All of Us tour sweeps through major cities including New York, Boston, Orlando, Atlanta, Austin, Dallas, Denver, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Mountain View. The ambitious run offers something for everyone – from massive amphitheater spectacles to intimate club experiences that bring fans closer to the music they love. Tickets for remaining dates are available at biggerthanallofus.com, with each purchase contributing $1 to PLUS1-backed initiatives supporting mental health, environmental causes, and social connection.
Understanding that not every fan can make it to the large-scale shows, Above & Beyond went the extra mile. “We know that traveling for these shows isn’t possible for everyone, so we’ve extended our tour to add 10 club shows, taking us to even more cities,” the band shares. “These shows will take us to smaller capacity venues, with stripped-back production and a DJ booth that is, quite literally, Closer To All Of You. Every show on this tour will be unique, and each one is an opportunity for us to celebrate this album with the community that inspired it: you.”
The tour supports their latest masterwork, Bigger Than All of Us, which hit Anjunabeats last month as the group’s first full-length electronic studio album in seven years. This deeply personal collection features both familiar voices and exciting new collaborators, including Zoë Johnston, Richard Bedford, Justine Suissa, Malou, Victoria Horn, and Sam Burger. True to form, the record embodies Above & Beyond’s unwavering commitment to collective joy, empathy, and raw emotional expression – the very values that have defined their sound and connected them with millions of fans worldwide for over two decades.
