With upcoming appearances at Lost Lands, Wakaan Fest, and Hulaween, it’s no surprise to anyone embedded in the underground bass music scene that Zingara is on the swift ascent. The rising queen of bass music will also be joining PEEKABOO and GRiZ on their fall excursions. So there is no better time than now to release new music as Zingara prepares to head out on her Astra Tour.

In lieu of these exciting career moves, Zingara has coupled her debut headlining tour announcement with a brand new single. Entitled “Space Candy,” the track features the bubbly vocal talents of Jessica Chertock. It’s a sound that is outside of Zingara’s sonic toolbox—until the song’s first drop. Heavy, undulating bass hits the soul and experimental, broken beat tempos take hold until the rising producer builds the song back up. However, it’s the song’s breakdowns that we are living for!

While still floating into new dimensions and explorative themes fans of Zingara have become accustomed to, “Space Candy” will prove to be an expansion sonically to her previous releases.

Zingara’s most recent endeavor includes her first-ever 20-day tour. The Astra Tour is set to kick off on September 22 at Firefly Music Festival and will loop around the country with eight headline shows, before finishing up at Hampton Coliseum for GRiZ’s Space Camp.
