The era of Nurture Live has begun. After announcing his 10-date Nurture European Tour just a few days ago, wth support from James Ivy, Porter Robinson has just announced a special evening at the sacred, scenic grounds of Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Golden, Colorado. The one-night event garners its support from the likely cast of Machine Drum, Wavedash, Qrion, a special opening set from Robinson’s newest side project, AIR TO EARTH.

The springtime event, which will take on April 1, is the perfect booking for a Nuture journey given how the album’s nature aesthetic is associated with seasonal change and new growth. If Virtual Self represented the bleak darkness of winter, then what better metaphor than spring to bring about the brand new Nurture Era? After all, spring brings about rebirth, renewal, and change—much like the album did for Robinson’s own creative evolution.
